Course breakdown
Our Train-the-Trainer course equips professionals across health, education, and social care with the skills and confidence to deliver BILD Act Certified Positive Behaviour Management training within their own organisations.
The programme blends de-escalation, communication, and physical intervention techniques, always underpinned by a person-centred and ethically grounded approach. By embedding this expertise in-house, organisations can build a safer, more respectful culture where staff feel empowered and those receiving care feel supported with dignity.
