Course breakdown
Delegates are trained over four days to deliver our BILD Act certified Positive Behaviour Management course directly to colleagues within their own organisation, reducing reliance on repeated external bookings for induction and refresher training. The programme is independently audited against RRN Training Standards and tailored to your organisation’s own training needs analysis.

Is Timian BILD Act certified?
Yes. Our training is BILD Act certified and has been independently audited against the RRN Training Standards. We can provide our certifications for procurement purposes on request.
How are we assessed?
Assessment is continuous throughout the course and on the final day of training, each candidate will be asked to deliver a 10 minute presentation on one section of the first 5 chapters of the training and deliver a physical skills training session.
What does Train-the-Trainer involve beyond the course?
Our four-day programme qualifies your staff as Timian affiliate trainers. Beyond that, you’ll need to factor in annual refresher requirements to maintain certification for in-house delivery.
Can individuals attend, or does it have to be through an organisation?
Attendance has to be linked to an organisation – anyone joining a Train-the-Trainer programme must either be employed by, or have a contractual arrangement with, the organisation they’ll go on to train within.
