Train
A designated staff member will attend our instructor course and become a certified Timian trainer. This individual will then train the rest of your staff, ensuring consistency and tailoring the training to your specific needs.

Your certified Timian trainer will deliver our proven practices while incorporating your school’s policies. This training equips staff with the skills to build positive relationships, de-escalate conflicts and manage challenging behaviours.
